Chicken wings and potato salad with broccoli & cauliflower
Ingredients:
- 16 Chicken wings
- 1 Tbsp. mixed spices
- 2 tbsp. Nola Hot Street Style Mayonnaise
For the Sauce/Glaze:
- 2 knobs butter
- 2 tbsp. harissa sauce
- 1 tsp. honey
For the Potato, broccoli and cauliflower salad:
- 500g boiled and cooled baby potatoes (halved)
- 1 cup cauliflower and broccoli (steamed)
- Red pepper (chopped)
- ¼ cup cheddar cheese (grated)
- 3 streaky bacon (crispy fried)
- 1 tbsp. aromat
- 1 tbsp. fresh parsley
Instructions
1. Cut the wings into drumettes and flats,
2. then pat them dry with paper towel. Season the wings with spices of your choice and coat them with Nola Hot Street Style Mayonnaise.
3. Place the chicken wings in a single layer in an air fryer basket. Set the Air Fryer Grill & Multi Cooker to 180°C and cook for 20-25 minutes or until the wings are crisp and golden.
4. Meanwhile, stir all the sauce ingredients together. When the wings are done, coat them in the sauce.
For the potato, broccoli and cauliflower salad:
1. In a bowl, combine potatoes, broccoli and cauliflower, cheese, bacon, red pepper, Nola Ultra Creamy Mayonnaise and fresh parsley. Season with aromat and mix well. Enjoy!!!
